Fume cupboards are a prefabricated metal structure consisting of the top of the cupboard with a working chamber and a base.
The top of the cabinet consists of a metal case, inside of which there is a working chamber with a table top, bounded in front by a portal with protective screens.
The metal body is made in the form of a rigid structure, painted with epoxy-polyester powder paint. Exhaust from the working area ШВ is carried out through a branch pipe with a diameter of 200 mm, placed on the roof of the building.
The base is made of sheet steel and cold-rolled pipes 60x30mm and 30x30mm. All parts of the base are painted with epoxy-polyester powder paints in white and dark gray.
At the base there are: one built-in ventilated cabinet (for ШВ 1200mm) or two built-in ventilated cabinets (for ШВ 1200mm and 1500mm), or two non-ventilated technological compartments (for ШВ 1800mm).
